Deze snij- tapasplank werd gemaakt uit wilde kastanjehout. Gevuurd doordat er zwammen in het hout binnengedrongen zijn. Hierdoor heeft het hout prachtige tekeningen. Deze boom stond in één van de oudste tuinen in Roeselare.
